As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these Terms and Conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.
All quotes are an estimate only and you should call or email in to check that the part and price is 100% correct and that we have the availability before purchasing any parts from our website or third party sites.
You are solely responsible for requesting the part that you require or need. If you supply us with the part number, please ensure it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The description of the Goods is as set out in our Website, catalogues, and third party websites or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied.
In the case of any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.
All Goods which appear on the website or third party websites, are subject to availability.
We can make changes to the Goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.
We retain and use all personal information strictly under the privacy policy.
Our standard warranty period is 3 months, some parts are offered a longer period such as 6 months or even a year. Please ensure you are aware of the correct warranty period that applies to your purchase.
If you have sent us a request off a third party website you are also adhering to their terms and conditions.
Please note, whatever the case, card transaction fees (1.9%) are non-refundable, as they are taken by the payment platform, not us. (A small price we must pay for the convenience of shopping online).
If you purchase without confirmation and the part is not in stock, we will issue a full refund minus transaction fees.
If you receive the correct working part but want to return it for any reason, you have 14 days in which to do so; we will offer you a full refund minus 15% return handling fee and postage costs both ways.
If you receive the incorrect part or a faulty part please contact us, we may request images.
If you are within 14 days of receiving the part you can choose to either have a replacement or refund. If you are past the 14 day period cooling off period then you are in your warranty period.
The warranty means you must give us a chance to replace the part for you, if you replace the part yourself you will be subject to the normal return fees stated above (10% handling fee).
In the event we are unable to send you an alternative, we will provide you with a full refund and cover the return postage costs.
